Shop Updates- COVID 19

May 4, 2020 | Featured

Frog Hollow Bikes has continued to operate with reduced hours, we are now open Monday-Saturday 10:00 to 4:00. We are currently doing only curbside drop off and pick up through our service entrance located on Mill street. We are regularly checking with our local and state for updated information and best business practices regarding COVID-19. We will work to continue to provide the needs of our cycling community as we feel cycling will continue to play an important part of our daily lives from getting exercise to providing transportation.

We also are taking into mind the need for “social distancing” as we fight the spread of the COVID virus. We have set guidelines for routine store cleaning and disinfecting. We will diligently work to clean surfaces, clean areas like handlebars while delivering the bike and minimize contact while finalizing transactions. We will gladly greet you outside (wearing a mask) to discuss service and sales options.  We continue to sell new and used bicycles, accessories and parts.  Please give us a call or email before visiting for service availability, if a bicycle or part is in stock and to pay over the phone.  Here are services we continue to offer:

  • Repairs – We continue to offer all of our repair services and are working to get your bicycle back to you as quickly as possible.  We are taking appointments, with 24 hour hour turn around and will do minor services while you wait (eg. flat repairs).
  • Sales – We continue to sell new and used bicycles, accessories and parts.  If we do not have a particular item in stock we are doing special orders. The bicycle industry has continued to stay very busy and many bicycles are out of stock.
  • Rentals – We have a variety of bicycles available for rent.

Extra Services:

  • Can’t get your bicycle to the shop or don’t want to come into town – FREE pick up and drop off within Addison County
  • Pay It Forward – If you are not financially able to get your bicycle going, FHB will work with you to get you riding. Need your bike to get to work or the store and have a flat tire but can’t afford a fix right now?  FHB will take care of you. Need a bike to get around but can’t afford one right now?  FHB will loan you a bike.

We have an active community, which in turn helps us as individuals stay healthy.  Regular exercise and enjoying the outdoors is one of our main values as Vermonters. Please use FHB as a resource for anything bicycle related.  Looking for ride recommendations?  Give us a call! Need your bike fixed?  Give us a call!
